About

Life is messy… mine, yours, the neighbors’, the rich and famous, the unseen and undervalued. We all need one another. We all need to be seen, heard and understood on some level, despite how similar or different we may be. I am a social worker and therapist, passionate about advocating for human dignity and celebrating the unique gifts and contributions everyone has in life. I am also a wife, mother, adoptive parent, sister, daughter, coworker and neighbor. We live life in the context of relationships. Sometimes that can leave us celebrating one another, and other times that leaves us a bit bruised up. Real relationships are a contact sport that is better journeyed as a team. Understanding how we arrived at this place in life can be an integral piece to our moving forward. I would be honored to be a part of your team, help you navigate and explore your current or past circumstances and empower the right strategy for you to move ahead. I will welcome you without judgement. I am not sure how you found me, but I am honored you are here. I am already excited about your determination to not give up. Let's do life together.
