Life unfolds in the context of relationships. Real connection can shape us, stretch us, and sometimes leave us feeling bruised or confused. Having a safe place to sort through your thoughts and experiences can make the path ahead feel more navigable. Often, understanding what brought you to this moment is the first step toward meaningful change.
In our work together, we’ll explore your story with curiosity and compassion. We’ll pay attention to the patterns that show up in your life, the systems you move through, the neuroscience behind your responses, and the ways your brain and nervous system have adapted over time.
My approach is holistic, integrating personal, emotional, and mental health. My background includes grief and trauma healing, pre and post natal services, youth intervention, relational and family dynamics, and program development and management.
I also move through life as a wife, mother, adoptive parent, sister, daughter, coworker, and neighbor — roles that continually deepen my understanding of what it means to be human.
I don’t know how you found your way here, but I’m grateful you did. Your presence tells me you haven’t given up.
Let’s keep going.
